3.2. Cancellation After Carrier Assignment
- Once a carrier has been assigned to your order, cancellation is no longer eligible for a refund.

- Customers changing their mind after carrier assignment will not be entitled to a refund.

- Orders canceled more than 7 days prior to the dispatch date are eligible for a refund, subject to an administrative fee.
- Orders canceled 7 days or less prior to the dispatch date are not eligible for any refund.
- Administrative fees for processing cancellations will be communicated at the time of the cancellation request.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
